Authors: folk artist Juozas Jakštas and architect Valdas Ozarinskas. This 19-meter-high oak cross features a sculptural composition and the engraved inscription "Through the suffering of Siberia to resurrection." At the base of the monument, a cross is formed from railroad tracks. The monument commemorates the mass deportations of Lithuanian people between 1941 and 1952.
