Visit Gargždai and discover a charming highlight on the pedestrian alley of Klaipėda Street – the puppy sculpture, which has become the city's little guardian. This symbolic accent marks the city's 765th anniversary, gifted to the Gargždai community to add coziness and warmth to the urban landscape.
The 60 cm tall bronze puppy sculpture, created by talented Klaipėda residents – architect Saulius Druskis and sculptor Sergejus Plotnikovas, invites passersby to shake its paw, symbolically interacting with the city's guardian.
