Author Asta Vasiliauskaitė's "Hedgehogs" have comfortably settled in the courtyard of the old library building. The sculpture symbolizes village community spirit and invites people to live in harmony and share warmth.
The Palūšė village community initiated and implemented the project "Activating Palūšė residents by encouraging the beautification of public village spaces" in 2012. During this project, a workshop was held, resulting in the creation of wooden sculptures that now adorn the village spaces.
