The history of the manor is closely linked to the Romer family. The Vladikiškės, Stoniava, and Pavuolis manors in the Žiežmariai region belonged to the Kirdėjai family. In the late 17th century, Elena Kirdėjūtė, daughter of Aleksandras Kirdėjus, a cupbearer from Ashmiany, and Ona Ovsianaitė, married Matas Romeris (1655-1718). This marriage began the Romer family's history in the Kaišiadorys region, which lasted until 1926. It is believed that the existing residential house was built in the second half of the 18th century or the early 19th century. While little is known about the manor's interior, the presence of a library is indicated by occasional books found with the Vladikiškės library ex libris (bearing the inscription "BIBLIOTEKA WŁADYKISKA" under a crown). The estate still features a brick barn and granary, as well as remnants of the park with a pond.
