Kõpu Peetri Church

Kõpu Peetri Church is a neoclassical house of worship belonging to the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church (EELC), located in Viljandi County. It was built between 1821 and 1825. In 1906, its original wooden tower was replaced with a stone one, and the roof was renovated in 1999. Inside are 19th-century organs made by G. Knauff and textile artworks by artist Reet Talimaa. The church accommodates around 200 visitors. It is still used for local community ceremonies and remains an important religious and cultural landmark.
