In 1999, the sculpture of Nike, the Goddess of Victory, was unveiled in Radviliškis’ Aušra Square to commemorate the 1919 victory over the Bermontians. Created by sculptor Petras Mazūras, the statue symbolizes national freedom, triumph, and gratitude to the volunteer soldiers. Nike, holding a sword in her hand, represents the protection of independent Lithuania from external threats and serves as a reminder of Radviliškis’ role in the fight for freedom.
