Pärnu Town Hall is the historical seat of the city government, located on the site of a former merchant’s house. The current building was rebuilt in 1891 in a neoclassical style, and in 1911, the City Duma building was added in the Art Nouveau architectural style. The Town Hall is one of the most notable landmarks in central Pärnu, reflecting the city’s historical and architectural evolution.
