Baisogala Manor is one of Lithuania's most prominent architectural landmarks, renowned for its rich history, preserved buildings, and stunning park. Since 1830, the manor belonged to the Komaras family, who developed an impressive estate complex. Today, visitors can explore the central manor house, stables, carriage house, kitchen, storage facilities, and the manor mill.
The estate's park captivates with its natural diversity, featuring numerous exotic tree species that create a unique ambiance. In 1952, the Lithuanian Institute of Animal Science was established at Baisogala Manor, now operating as the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences' Animal Science Institute. The manor's history and distinctive architecture make it a remarkable destination for both history enthusiasts and nature lovers.
