This stunning oak, known for its beautiful shape and sturdiness, proudly stands alone on the southern slope of Lake Samanis, near the historic Stanislavavas manor site in the Švenčionys district. Its unique crown, adorned with wide-spreading branches growing in intricate patterns, gives the tree a special charm. One of the branches extending towards the lake is dead, and several dead segments are visible in the crown, bearing the marks of nature and time. The trunk features a continuous surface scar left by lightning, indicating the interaction between natural forces and the tree. The tree's diameter reaches 1.9 meters, and its trunk circumference is 5.9 meters, rising majestically to a height of 23 meters. As early as 1968, this oak was declared a natural monument, and in 1987, it was designated as a locally significant natural monument, emphasizing its importance and value to the local landscape and biodiversity.
