Laukagaliai Hillfort, also known as Giant’s Hill, is located on the right bank of the Neris River, near the town of Jonava. According to legend, the hillfort was built by giants, and French soldiers buried treasure there. This miniature hillfort, used as a shelter, dates back to the 1st millennium – early 2nd millennium.
The hillfort is accessible by following Laukagaliai Street and walking across a meadow.
