From the lookout point, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Vištytis and the vast expanse of the Romincka Forest. This is one of Europe's oldest and most impressive forests, covering 35,000 hectares, the majority of which lies in the Kaliningrad region, with the remainder in Poland.
The Romincka Forest was a sacred site for the ancient Prussians, used for sacrificial rituals as early as the 1st–2nd centuries. It was also a favored hunting ground for Prussian rulers, who came here to hunt red deer. This unique blend of nature and history offers not only stunning landscapes but also an opportunity to connect with a rich cultural heritage.
