The windmill, built around 1880 by J. Biežys, originally belonged to the Jew Meškini and later to J. Biežys. After its nationalization in 1948, the mill was abandoned, but in 1979, plans were made to convert it into a station for young technicians. Later, the windmill was returned to the Biežys family.
