The manor, built in the late 16th century by Abraham Poniatowski, was regarded as one of the most beautiful and well-maintained estates in Lithuania during the 19th century. It was the center of cultural activity, with an impressive library and a collection of paintings. Located in Abromiškiai village near the lake of the same name, the estate is surrounded by a park that is listed as a natural monument. The manor is currently undergoing restoration. The manor complex consists of the palace, barn, gatehouse, remnants of the stable, and park. The palace is built in a folk classicism and historicism style, with a wooden central part and masonry annexes.

The park, established in the 19th century, covers an area of 15.5 hectares and features many native and introduced trees and shrubs. In 1985, the manor park was declared a state-protected monument, and in 2002, it was added to the Lithuanian Cultural Heritage Registry. The manor's history dates back to the 18th century, when it was owned by various noble families. In the 19th century, it became a cultural and literary center. After World War II, the manor was used for various public purposes, but following the restoration of independence, renovation work began. Since 2012, new owners have been undertaking the renovation of the Abromiškiai estate.
