In 2017, the sculpture "City Whispers" was unveiled in Ukmergė, created by sculptor Ričardas Širvelis. This unique sculpture, which reveals its beauty especially on windy days, spins and emits the sound of whispering wind. The recessed cavity in the sculpture allows not only the wind but also people to send their messages.
