At the summit of this historic hillfort lies a platform approximately 20 meters in diameter, much of which on the northern side has been destroyed by a man-made quarry. However, the northern, eastern, and southern slopes, along with a small part of the platform stretching east-west and reaching 20 meters in length and 2 meters in width at the top, remain intact. The slopes are about 10 meters high, adding a dramatic and impressive aspect to this historical site.

trees and pines, left as a mark of the quarry's activity, stands as a silent witness to the past, dating back to the beginning of the first millennium, though the exact period remains a topic of discussion. This historic site is accessible from the Pilaitė district of Vilnius, traveling east towards Kriaučiūnai. The journey takes you through the beautiful Lithuanian landscape, between the Balčis and Gilužis lakes, until the hillfort appears on the left, narrating its ancient history to every passerby.
