In Nausodis village, at the former homestead of partisan liaison Ignacas Slušnys, a memorial plaque has been installed to honor the victims of Soviet occupation from 1947 to 1949. This site symbolizes resistance to the occupying regime and commemorates the struggle of partisans and their supporters for Lithuania's freedom.
The plaque was unveiled in 2010 through the initiative of teacher Vida Paulauskienė, as part of the Kretinga Adult Education Center’s project "Forever Alive in Memories." This location has become an important historical marker, preserving the memory of Lithuania's fight for independence.
