Burbiškis Manor is a stunning gem of the Anykščiai Regional Park, located 8 km from Anykščiai, near Lake Rubikiai. Built in 1853 by the Lithuanian-Polish noble Venclovavičius family, the manor is a masterpiece of the neoclassical era. The elegant palace stands in the picturesque valley of the Anykšta River, surrounded by a park adorned with more than 30 species of trees and shrubs, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Over the centuries, the manor witnessed various historical changes—from the prosperity of the Venclovavičius family to its decline during the Soviet era. After Lithuania regained independence,

the manor was restored according to its original 1853 design. Authentic wall and ceiling paintings, intricately decorated fireplaces, and unique 19th-century stoves were restored, making its interior comparable to that of the Presidential Palace in Vilnius. Today, Burbiškis Manor has become a significant tourist destination.
