Panemunys Manor is a historic estate located on the left bank of the Nemunėlis River, with a history tracing back to the late 6th century. In 1598, the manor belonged to Prince Jurgis Masalskis and his wife Ona Masalskienė, who later married Prince Martynas-Marcelijus Giedraitis of Videniškiai. In the mid-17th century, the Oziemblovskiai family acquired the manor and relocated it to the right bank of the Nemunėlis.
In 1773, the manor passed to the Marikoniai family, and by 1840, it was owned by the Komaras family. Juozas Komaras built or renovated the manor house in 1850. After his death, the manor was inherited by his daughters, Sofija and Elžbieta, who managed it with their families until 1924. The estate was later purchased by Osvaldas Laučiškis. During the Soviet era, the manor served as a school, and in 1993, it was returned to the descendants of the Laučiškis family.
