On June 21, 2019, a wall at the Rokiškis Cultural Center was inaugurated as a memorial to prominent cultural figures of the region. The wall features 21 works created by 14 artists from Lithuania and Latvia, commemorating notable individuals such as writer Liudas Dovydėnas, sculptor Lionginas Šepka, folk artists Juozas and Elena Pipiniai, actress Ona Kurmytė, poet Paulius Širvys, painter Justinas Vienožinskis, sculptor Robertas Antinis, painter Monika Bičiūnienė, poet Matilda Olkinaitė, and others.
This wall has become an important cultural heritage site, serving as a reminder of the Rokiškis region's contributions to Lithuanian art, literature, and culture.
