The Truskava Retreat House, overseen by the Sisters of the Handmaids of Mary Congregation, serves as a center for personal prayer and group retreats. It hosts prayer weekends and spiritual renewal events.
The retreat house is located in a historic two-story brick building constructed in 1930, which originally functioned as the St. Vincent de Paul shelter. The shelter was founded at the initiative of priest Antanas Kungys in 1929, with construction completed in 1930. The building served church servants, parish seniors, and the disabled, and also housed a small credit bank and school. The retreat house chapel features works by the renowned Lithuanian stained glass artist Vytautas Švarlys.
