In Lithuania, it's rare to find trails designed for both hiking and horseback riding, but the 9 km Giraitė Nature Trail in Meteliai Regional Park offers just that. Developed by the Veisiejai Forest Enterprise, this route invites you to journey along forest paths winding through swamps, small lakes, and wild nature. The trip requires preparation, as in some places the trail is barely visible. Here you'll encounter challenges and stunning natural spots—the Beech Grove, marshy little lakes, and wet alder forests. The trail is intended for exploring the wilderness, so there are no informational signs.
