The meadows of Prelomčiškės Hills offer a unique steppe-like natural landscape in Lithuania, home to plants adapted to dry climates and warmer temperatures. In May, slender anemones bloom here, while June and July bring a vibrant display of geraniums, thyme, bedstraw, alfalfa, and other plants. These colorful meadows delight visitors with their variety of blooms and panoramic views of Lake Dusia. The trail’s highest point rises over 25 meters above the lake level, with the Prelomčiškės hillfort visible to the north. Visitors are advised to park their cars in the southern lot.
