Alka Hill, located near the Luoba River, is an impressive natural site known for its historical and cultural significance. This oval-shaped hill, covering an area of about 3 hectares, is the highest point in the region. In 1568, a chapel stood here, and ancient graves can still be found on the site. Alka Hill is also associated with legends of pagan and Christian traditions where sacrifices were made. According to stories, a nearby town was burned down by the Swedes, leaving only a cemetery and two crosses in its place. This historical site, also called the Hill of Sacrifice, is state-protected and popular among tourists.
