Established in 1996, the monument and memorial plaques honor the partisans of the Dainava District who fell in the Seirijai area. Here, the remains of 44 fighters from the Seirijai district who fought for Lithuania's freedom are interred. The monument was designed by architect Petras Selilionis and A. Bučys. This site is an important historical landmark that attracts visitors, inviting them to learn about the legacy of the Lithuanian partisan struggle and to pay tribute to their sacrifice for the country's independence.
