Renavas Manor Estate, located in Mažeikiai district, Seda Eldership, Renavas village, captivates visitors with its rich history and unique surroundings. First mentioned in written sources as early as the 16th century, the original wooden building with a thatched roof gradually evolved into the much grander stone palace we see today. By the late 18th or early 19th century, a small stone building had been constructed, and later, after becoming the property of the Renne family, the manor adopted its current name.

In the early 19th century, Antanas Renė, known for his passion for horticulture, enhanced the manor's surroundings. His
heir, Eugenijus Rönne, and subsequent owner, Count F. Mielžinskis, established a 6-hectare park along the Varduva River, which continues to delight visitors to this day. Restoration efforts initiated during the Soviet era preserved the authentic environment of the manor's library, which housed over 1,000 volumes, predominantly in German and Latin. Since 2012, Renavas Manor has operated as a cultural and historical museum, offering insights into Lithuanian manor culture. It stands as one of the best-preserved and most meticulously maintained manor ensembles in Samogitia, undoubtedly deserving the attention of every visitor.
