This unique exhibition invites visitors to explore the everyday life of a pharmacy from the 19th to early 20th centuries, revealing the authentic working environment and life of a pharmacist. The display includes personal items of pharmacists, furniture, tools, and containers used in drug production, as well as preserved prescriptions, including a unique pain relief prescription for Simonas Daukantas. Rare exhibits, such as human skin belts, unveil the world of ancient medical practices, with museum staff explaining their use in treating wounds and abscesses. The museum, which has preserved the pharmacist's living quarters, offers a closer look at the pharmaceutical traditions and methods of the past, reflecting the daily lives and healthcare practices of people from that era.
