The mythological stone of Dapšiai, also known as Brasta Stone or Ruzgai Stone, is distinguished by its unique sun symbols – four round, 38-50 cm diameter carved plates, which might have symbolized the sun. The uniqueness of these carvings in the Lithuanian context raises many questions and intrigues among archaeologists. According to historian V. Laurinaitis, in the surrounding forests, Duke Kęstutis's warriors hunted and killed six wolves. This legend suggests that a wolf sacrifice to the god Perkūnas took place on the Dapšiai sacred hill, and six marks were carved into the stone as commemorative symbols.
