While traveling from Germantas Lake towards Ilgio Lake, nature enthusiasts have a wonderful opportunity to explore various nature discovery installations, such as the "Bird's Nest," "Bug Hotel," "Tree Identification," and the "Forest Classroom." These interactive activities allow visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the surrounding environment while bringing joy to both children and adults.
The Ilgio Educational Trail is set around the entire Ilgio Lake and is perfect for active recreation. One of the most unique sections of the trail is the sensory (barefoot) path, designed for walking barefoot over various natural surfaces – marshes, sand, stones, logs, and other natural elements. This 1.2 km route around the lake offers a great chance to connect with nature and experience its beauty and energy firsthand.
