The manor ensemble, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, served as both a residential and agricultural location. In addition to the main manor house, there were also 2 barns, a horse stable, a storage building, and
a house. The history of Buktos Manor dates back to the 16th century when it was established as a hunting lodge for representatives of the Grand Duke. The manor was first mentioned in documents from 1520–1525. In 1569, the Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Poland, Sigismund Augustus, granted the lands to Lukas Wolf. In the 17th century, the manor functioned as a forest estate with no arable land or serfs. In the 19th century, the landowner built a two-story brick manor house with deeply embedded cellars, part of which still remains today. The walls of this building are 70 cm thick, and its architectural structure indicates that the two parts of the mansion were constructed at different times.
